Give notice and end your agreement
How to give notice to move out, what final billing covers, and when access ends.
Ending your agreement is a self-service action from your customer portal — here's what happens when you do it and what to expect on your final invoice.
Giving notice
From your subscription in the customer portal, choose to end your agreement and pick your move-out date. Before it's confirmed, you'll see:
"End this agreement?" "This deallocates D-050 and revokes access on 20 Jul. Final billing is calculated to the move-out date. This can't be undone." Confirm: "End agreement"
This confirmation is deliberate — ending an agreement removes your access and can't be undone once confirmed, so we make sure it's clear what's about to happen before you do it.
What happens after you confirm
- Your agreement status changes to reflect notice given, with your chosen move-out date shown.
- Your licence fee keeps being charged as normal up to the move-out date — ending isn't retroactive.
- On the move-out date, your entry credential is revoked and your unit is deallocated.
- Your final invoice is calculated up to the move-out date — if you move out partway through a billing period, it's adjusted accordingly rather than charging for the full period.
Before you move out
Make sure your unit is fully cleared by your move-out date — access ends that day, so anything left behind afterwards may need a separate arrangement with your operator to retrieve.
Changing your mind
If you need to change your move-out date, do this from your portal before the date passes wherever possible, rather than after — contact support if you need help adjusting it.
Who to contact
If your final invoice doesn't look right, or you need access after your move-out date to collect something, contact support as early as you can.
